... of course I've been to the fabric market "Stoffmarkt Holland" and had to buy some little tiny wee pieces of so lovely fabrics and other small stuff. See, what to do with them...

Flea market finds

Last weekend we've been to a flea market and I found some realy nice buttons.
(I'm not going to tell the story about how my baby grabbed some and took them to his mouth...)
Because I think I won't be able to give them away I'll make some rings for myself.

This is the first one and it took me hours to choose and combine... But I like how it worked out:

It's really fun and the kids were busy for a while, too!

I also found this very nice cross stitched picture which was "prisoned" behind glass. I prefered to free it and have it pure on the wall in the babys room.

Cross stitching is something else on my to do list, I really like it but more things are waiting to be finished, first. In advent time I will post my big cross stich project I did about three years ago.

Not brandnew... (part 1)

...but worth to be shown - some items I have made more or less long ago:
This bib for my youngest (which usually has to be changed just one moment after I put it on him- a real spit baby...).
I've tried to sew this circular framed piece of fabric with stitched letter. I thougt I've seen at a tutorial here , but unfortunately I couldn't find it anymore. If you have any idea, just let me know.
It looks quite "handmade" but it does its job and for both I like it.

To be continued...

Diaper Pouch

In the last days between nursing ill children and celebrating first day at new school I was busy crafting these diaper pouches with crocheted embellishment: one for me, one for little baby Luise- just arrived two days ago and the others to have in my shop.
